Pipersquoy Cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps up to six adults. It has a welcoming spacious entrance hall and lounge area with a large south facing window, together with an open plan dining kitchen.  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The ground floor master bedroom is spacious with a double bed. Across the hall is newly installed shower room, WC and wash-hand basin. The second twin bedroom is also on the ground floor. The third bedroom on the first floor has twin beds and a wash-hand basin. 
 
 The kitchen is well equipped and is stocked with a selection of essential items, such as instant & ground coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, assorted dried herbs and spices and salt & pepper.

 Pipersquoy Cottage is situated close to a wide choice of local shops and supermarkets. Kirkwall also benefits from several wonderful small independent grocers and delicatessens - Kirkness & Gorie.
 
 There is space to store some bicycles.

 The stairs to first floor bedroom is quite steep. The premises are not at present suitable for wheel chair access.
